3. Starting from EBIT:

FCFE = EBIT × (1 − Tax Rate) + Depreciation & Amortization − Capital Expenditure − Change in Working Capital − Interest × (1 − Tax Rate) + Net Borrowing

This method is useful when working from operating profit figures and is common in detailed valuation models.
