Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Account opening Charges- Opening of trading and demat account is not chargeable from client. Hence, clients are not charged for cancellation of account opening process.
  • Transfer from non-registered bank account- The amount paid towards trading from a non-registered account of client is refundable within 3 working days upon request subject to availability of necessary documents supporting the transfer.
  • Cheque bouncing charges- We charge Rs 100 + GST 18% against a dishonored cheque.
  • Failure in Online Gateway transactions- Processed as per bank policies of refund for any failed transaction.

Account Opening Terms & Conditions:

  • *Offer of Free Demat account is valid for all the account activated between "1 April 2025" to "31 March 2026".
  • *Demat account opening fee worth of Rs.500 will be not be charged for all the account activated between "1 April 2025" to "31 March 2026".
  • *A demat account can be opened within 15 minutes, if the client full-fills all documentation-related Procedures, IPV and other due diligence related to online account opening.
  • *The AMC charges for customers will be waived off for 1st year, while customer will have option to Opt for lifetime free AMC by subscribing to below offer - Lifetime Free AMC by paying refundable Subscription fee of ₹3000.
  • *Account would be opened after all the procedures relating to IPV and client due diligence is Completed.
  • Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer.

Examples:

Example 1: Client generating brokerage of beyond ₹500

Suppose clients generate the brokerage for the member of ₹2000, here as per our offer client will get the brokerage reversal of ₹500 which will be reverted back to the client within the 75 days from the offer end date for the client.

Example 2: Client generating brokerage of below ₹500

Suppose clients generate the brokerage for the member of ₹300, here as per our offer client will get the brokerage reversal of ₹300 which will be reverted back to the client within the 75 days from the client activation date.

Additional Terms:

  • STT, GST, and all other applicable exchange/regulatory/statutory charges will be applied as per the applicable rates and will not be reversed.
  • Anand Rathi Share & Stock Brokers Ltd reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or withdraw this offer without prior notice.
  • This offer is not applicable for those clients who have opted for VAS Brokerage Plan. Applicable across all mentioned segments - Equity, Derivative & Commodity
