About UCAL
Ucal manufacturing network, strategically located across India, combines advanced automation, precision engineering and digitally enabled production systems to serve leading global OEMs and automotive customers. During the year, in line with its growth strategy, UCAL expanded manufacturing capabilities through the successful commissioning of new production lines for Mechanical Throttle Bodies, Crankcase and E-Purge Systems across its Bawal and Maraimalai Nagar facilities. The Bawal plant achieved successful production ramp-up of twowheeler and three-wheeler crankcase lines, including zero-defect manufacturing performance for the three-wheeler programme, while automated throttle body lines were established to support global OEM requirements. The Company further strengthened its smart manufacturing capabilities with robotization, deploying AI-based calibration verification and memory lock systems with end-to-end traceability and data recording, enhancing process reliability, quality assurance and customer compliance.
