Thakral Services (India) was mainly engaged in the business of Electronic Security which comprised of CCTV, Access control, Fire Detection, Alarms, and Intrusion Alarms. Because of reduced margins leading to losses, the Company had sold off the business in the Financial Year 2023-24.The Company has since been exploring various available business opportunities before entering new line of business. However Capital Structure of the Company was one of the impediments in taking up some of these opportunities. The promoter holding has now been restructured opening up possibilities for the Company to enter new lines of business.
