About Rays of Belief IPO
Rays of Belief (Rays of Belief Limited) IPO is a mainboard issue with a total issue size of ₹125.00 crore, comprising entirely of a fresh issue of 52,30,000 equity shares of face value ₹10 each.
The company, started in 2017, is a for-profit social enterprise running customized intervention programmes for children with neurodevelopmental disorders under the Mom's Belief brand. As of March 31, 2026, it operated 136 centers across 57 cities and 20 states and union territories, supported by more than 340 clinical professionals, plus three centers in Virginia, USA, acquired in June 2025.
The issue was open for subscription from September 1, 2026, to September 3, 2026, at a price band of ₹227 to ₹239 per share. Anchor investor bidding took place on August 31, 2026.

What If You Are Allotted Rays of Belief IPO Shares
- Your money moves from blocked to debited. After allotment, only the amount for your allotted shares is debited.
- Shares are credited on September 7, 2026, one day before listing, and may appear in your broker’s holdings that evening or the next morning.
- Trading starts September 8, 2026, on BSE and NSE. Retail and non-institutional investors have no lock-in; anchor investors are subject to lock-in periods.

What If You Aren’t Allotted Rays of Belief IPO Shares
- No allotment means no loss. Under ASBA, your money is only blocked. If no shares are allotted, the lien is released.
