04-AUG-2025- Inter alia, approved:- The Board of Directors has recommended Final Dividend of Re. I/- per equity share of the face value of Rs.2/- each (i.e. 50% of the fac? value) for the Financial Year 2024-2025 subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing I 11th Annual General Meeting. 3. The Board of Directors has decided to hold The 111th Annual General Meeting of the Company on Monday 4 th August 2025 through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). 4. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors has fixed Friday, the 25th day of July 2025, as the Record Date for determining the Members entitled to receive the dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. 5. The Board of Directors has appointed Mis. B. Desai & Co. as the Cost Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2025-26. Brief profile of Mis. B. Desai & Co. is attached as Annexure 3. 6. The Board of Directors has appointed Mis. Aneja Assurance Private Limited as the Internal Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2025-26.
