ONLINE ACCOUNT OPEN PROCESS (DIGI-KYC)
We are happy to introduce enhanced flow of online account open facility through DIGI-KYC PORTAL for
Individual clients.
Now we have introduced auto verifier instead manual Head Office approval waiting and now system
auto allow for esign along with some System validation for correct verifications. This Facility will be
available on both Mode as RM and Client Online account opening process.
Please follow the below process for online account open through DigiEKYC.

Step 1: Register by entering email id and mobile number, relationship and account type, then verify OTP
and submit to open an account.
Step 2: Enter Pan Details and click on verify then name according to PAN details will be shown. Click on
submit. If client PAN is not seeded with Aadhaar, then System will give POP UP for non-seeded with
Aadhaar and Next Processing will not be allowed.
Step 3: Select source of account either “Digilocker” or “KRA” (Incase KRA , only validate KRA will be
considered)
Step 4:
Connect to DigiLocker and then Enter your (Client’s) Aadhar number to allow DigiLocker to
access details
We have introduced facility to fetch PAN Detail from DigiLocker along wih Aadhaar Detail.
If client have PAN with digilocker then there is no need to upload PAN Copy.
Step 5 Once Aadhar details are fetched, Click on Submit button.
Step 6 : Next Enter Personal Details except the auto filled details by selecting marital
status(Married/Unmarried/Divorced), occupation type(Business, Professional, Private sector, Public
sector, Business, Agriculture etc), qualification type(Graduate, Post Graduate, Secondary, Diploma,
Undergraduate etc), income range, PEP, family details like mother father details and click on
Save.
Step 7: Enter bank details like IFSC code, MICR code , Account number, Account type, relationship type,
Account holder name and click Save. (Incase penny drop successful and client name match with bank
holder name , then no need to upload the Bank proof)
Step 8: After bank details verification Account preference page is shown. Fill details like, Trading
Experience, Depository name, Demat Scheme, Nominee Select (Yes/No), DDPI (Yes/No) and Click on
Update details button. And after update details, need to select segment with selection of declaration
and click on “Submit”
If Client not upload proper Financial Documents for Derivatives Segments, then Form will be
proceeded without any Rejection and Derivatives segment will be removed from Client
Accounts.
Intimation will be sent to client and RM for Removing Derivatives. Then Client can open
Derivatives segment through Segment activation process.
Step 9 After account preference page, nominee page will display. Fill nominee details by clicking on 1st
nominee button as shown.

ep 10: Fill nominee details like Relationship type (brother, mother, father, son, uncle, grandfather etc),
Date of birth, Gender (Male/Female), Salutation(Mr, Mrs, Ms) First name, Last name, middle name and
click on Save. Then click Close button with red colour.
Step 11: The filled name appears in the grid row of 1st nominee
Step 12: Click on Add Address, then below address of holders address will be shown, If you wish to
select address of account holder for nominee 1 address then Click on Map button, Once we click the
address of holders will be mapped for nominee 1 and popup will be displayed with message "Mapped
Successfully".
Step 13: If you wish to add other address then click on + button green on top right.
Once click on add address below popup is shown. Fill all the details like address type (Correspondence/
Permanent/ Others), Address line1, Address line 2, Address line 3, Enter pin code and then click Save.
Step 14 : After saving address details click on Add contact button to add nominee contact details, You
can choose to map the holders contact details or can add other contact details just like address detail
process.
Step 15: Select any one Contact Type from fax, additional email, additional mobile, others and fill the
selected contact details.
Then Select Relationship type- brother, daughter, father , granddaughter, grandfather, grandmother,
grandson, mother , Sister , Son , Spouse , other. After that type contact name and click on save and then
close.
Step 16:-
After filling contact details, click on add identity button to add identity as shown. Then Click on +
button on right, then a pop up will be shown to fill identity details. Select identity type(nominee
bank proof, nominee aadhar, nominee driving license, nominee photo with signature, nominee
voter identity card, nominee pan, nominee passport), identity no, issue date, expiry date and
then upload proof of identity document by clicking on choose file.
Nominee Identity detail is optional, if client mention the Identity Detail then respective Proof
will become mandatory by System.

Then click on save and OK
Step 17: To add second nominee click on Add nominee button then the grid of 2nd nominee occurs
Step 18: Click on 2nd Nominee button and follow the process same as of nominee 1. In case the
nominee is minor then the guardian detail button will be shown as below
Step 19 Fill Address , contact and identity details just like before. Then click on add guardian below pop
up will be shown. Fill details of guardian like relation type, date of birth , salutation, first name, last
name then save. Once save add address, add contact and add identity button appears for guardian
popup:-
Step 20: Click on add address , you can map or add new address, Click on add contact, you can map or
add new contact, click on add identity
Step 21- Fill percent along each side of nominee under allocation percentage section. Then Submit.
Step 22 Select DDPI option for getting DDPI , after selection client will be get pop-up for declaration
where need to click on “Yes” button for DDPI declaration.
Step 23 Choose DDPI option as “YES” , then click on declaration pop-up as “Yes”, then click on
“Submit” button for further process.
Step 24 After submission , page will be redirect to upload document same as per existing process. And
after successfully upload the document click on “Live Photo” option and accordingly client will get link
for capture photo.
Step 25 After successfully upload the document and live photo , click on “Preview & Submit button
and after preview, if there is any correction then It can be edited or can proceed further click on
“Submit Account” for e-Sign.
Step 26
A pop-up display for “E-sign Now” and “Send link for e-sign” (Incase click on “E-sign now” then
same time client can be do e-sign”. Incase click on “Send link for e-sign” , then client will get e-
sign link on his/her register email id and Mobile (Both). Incase e-sign name mismatch, then pop-
up also will display for re-esign or continue with existing. RM will also get Esign link on email.
Esign will be allowed in sequence of (1) KRA, (2) AOF and (3) DDPI (If DDPI taken)
PAN Option Subject to not fetch from DigiLocker
Step 27 If DDPI selected , then one more e-sign will be add for DDPI e-sign and page will be redirect for
e-stamping process, so click on “Proceed” button (System will provide e-stamp paper alongwith DDPI
format for e-sign.)
Step-28 Type AADHAR number for DDPI E-sign and complete the process.
The form will come to Head office after Esign for processing. Esign must be on all required
Documents like KRA, AOF and DDPI.
Additional Points - Rejection of Account or KRA basis Account opening without any Modification etc:
1. If the account process through KRA basis and KRA Validate and non-modified, then KRA PDF will
not generate.
2. Incase account reject due to any reason, then after clear rejection account will process through
VERIFIER process same as per existing.
3. Client/ RM need to clear the rejection as per present Process and need to do Esign on All
documents (KRA, AOF and DDPI)
4. Incase client choose derivatives/commodity segment like FnO, Currency and Commodity but
proper financial proof not uploaded as per HO criteria, then account will be opened without
respective derivatives /Commodity and client need to open the same through segment
activation process if require in future.
5. Incase account reject by any reason, then need to e-sign again which status will show on client
and RM Dashboard.
