Re-Appointment of Dr. (Ms.) Sunita Maheshwari, as an Independent Director Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Schedule Ill (A) (7) of the Listing and Disclosure Requirements Regulations 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today re-appointed Dr. (Ms.) Sunita Maheshwari (DIN: 01641411) as Independent Director of the Company with effect from today i.e. 18th May 2025, for a period of second term of three (3) consecutive years, not liable to retire by rotation, subject to the approval of Shareholders. 3. Appointment of Parikh & Associates as Secretarial Auditor of the Company Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule Ill and other applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held today viz. 13th May, 2025, have approved the appointment of M/s. Parikh & Associates, Peer Reviewed Firm of Company Secretaries in Practice (Firm Registration No. P1988MH009800), as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for 1st term of 5 (five) consecutive years commencing from the financial year 2025-26 till the financial year 2029-30, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing 100th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
