31-JUL-2025- Inter alia, approved:- 1. Recommendation of final dividend and payment date: Recommendation of final dividend of Re. 0.70/- per equity share (35% per equity share of face value of Rs.2/- each) for the year ended 31 March, 2025, out of the profits of the Company. The dividend will be paid to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as on 24 July 2025 within 30 days from the date of 47th Annual General Meeting (i.e., on or before 29 August, 2025), upon approval by the shareholders at the 47th AGM. 2. Convening of Annual General Meeting (AGM): The 47th AGM of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 31 July, 2025. 3. Appointment of Secretarial Auditor: The Board, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, has approved the appointment of BP & Associates, Company Secretaries, as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a period of five consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26 till FY 2029- 30, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting
