Annual General Meeting The Forty First Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Thursday, the 7th August, 2025 thru Video Conference / Other Audio-Visual Means. 3. Appointment of Mr Vikram Taranath Hosangady (DIN: 09757469) as a Non-Executive and Independent Director of the Company As recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors at its meeting held today have approved the appointment of Mr Vikram Taranath Hosangady (DIN: 09757469) as a Non-Executive and Independent Director of the Company for a term of 5 (Five) consecutive years with effect from 13th May, 2025 subject to the approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. He was earlier a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director of the Company, having been co opted to the Board of Directors on 16th May, 2023.
