18-AUG-2025- Inter alia, approved:- 1. Recommended the final dividend for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2025 @60% i.e. Rs 1.20/- (Rupees One and Twenty Paise Only) per equity share of Rs 2/- each to be declared at the 145th Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dividend if declared will be paid (subject to deduction/withholding of applicable taxes) within the timelines prescribed under the law. 2. The Board decided that the 145th Annual General Meeting of the Company would be held on 13th August, 2025 through video conference/other audio visual means. 3. The Board, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, has approved the appointment of M/s. Parikh & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, (Firm Registration No. P1988MH009800) as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for a term of five consecutive years commencing from financial year 2025-26 till financial year 2029-30, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting
