25-JUL-2025- Inter alia, approved:- 1. In line with the Company's Dividend Distribution Policy, the Board of Directors have recommended a dividend of Re. 1/- (100%) per equity share of face value of Re.1/- for the financial year ended 31 March 2025. The said dividend, if declared, by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be credited/dispatched on or before Tuesday, 29 July 2025 2. Annual General Meeting: The 18th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Friday, 25 July 2025. Further details will be provided in due course. 3. Approved issue of equity shares to Bajaj Finserv ESOP Trust: Approved the issue of 11,51,123 equity shares of face value of Re.1, ranking pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company to Bajaj Finserv ESOP Trust at applicable grant prices in accordance with Bajaj Finserv Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme, as amended and SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021
