C) Appointment of M/s. Rathi & Associates, Company Secretaries in practice (Firm Registration No. P1988MH011900) as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for the lst term of five consecutive years starting from FY 2025-26 till FY 2O2g-2OgO, subject to approval of the Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
