That the 8th Annual General Meeting of the Company be held on Saturday, July 12, 2025 at 09.00 a.m.through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OVAM). ii. Appointment of Mr. Jenish Sanjaybhai Doshi, Practicing Company Secretary for conducting e-voting and votes cast by using an electronic voting system at the Annual General Meeting in fair and transparent manner. iii. The remote e-voting period will commence from 9:00a.m. (1ST) on Wednesday, 9th July, 2025 and will conclude at 5.00 p.m. (1ST) on Friday, 11th July, 2025. During this period, members of the Company, holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on Saturday, 12th July, 2025, will cast their vote electronically. iv. The Company's Register of Members & Share Transfer books? (Annual) pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 will remain closed from Friday, July 04, 2025 to Saturday, July 12, 2025 (both days inclusive) v. On the recommendation of Audit Committee, Approved the Re-Appointment of Mjs. Jigar Zaveri & Associates (Chartered Accountants) FRN No. -139344W as an Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26.
