24-JUL-2025- Inter alia, approved the following: (i) Appointment of Mr. Nian Nian Yuan (DIN: 11107498) as an Additional Director of the Company, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, with effect from June 11, 2025 in the capacity of a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director, liable to retire by rotation, subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting; (ii) Appointment of M/s P. Diwan & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries (Firm Registration Number - MU000011288), as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a period of five consecutive years from the financial year 2025-26 till the financial year 2029-30 subject to approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting; (iii) Convening Thirty Sixth Annual General Meeting (?AGM?) of the Members of the Company on Thursday, July 24, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. IST through Video Conferencing (?VC?) / Other Audio Visual Means (?OAVM?) in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India;
