JSW Energy Share Price 

11-JUL-2025- Inter alia, approved:- 1. Recommended a dividend of Rs. 2/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10 (20 %) to the Members of the Company for declaration at the forthcoming 31 st Annual General Meeting. 2. Fund Raising Approved the raising of funds not exceeding Rs. 10,000 Crores (Rupees Ten Thousand Crores Only) in one or more tranches, through the issuance of eligible securities of the Company by way of private offerings and / or on preferential allotment basis and / or qualified institutions placement or any other method or combination thereof as may be permitted under the applicable laws, subject to such regulatory / statutory approvals, as may be required. It is proposed to seek an enabling approval from the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting to raise funds not exceeding Rs. 10,000 Crores, as and when required. The Finance Committee of the Board has been authorized to take all the necessary decisions in this regard. 3. Appointment of Purwar & Purwar Associates LLP as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company Based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, recommended the appointment of Purwar & Purwar Associates LLP, Company Secretaries in whole-time practice (COP No.: 5918), as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a tenure of five consecutive years from the financial year 2025-26, to the Members of the Company. 4. 31 st Annual General Meeting of the Company Decided to convene the 31st Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company on Friday, 11th July, 2025.
