Appointment & Re-appointment of Auditors: 5. Appointment of M/s. Ranjeet Pandey & Associates, Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for the Audit period of five consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26 till FY 2029-2030, subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing 40" Annual General Meeting of the Company. 7. Re-Appointment of M/s. N. Khandelwal & Co., Cost Accountants, as Cost Auditors of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26.
