Annual General Meeting: a) The 34t Annual General Meeting {AGM) of the Members of the Company will be held on Thursday, July 10, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. through two-way Video Conferencing (?VC') facility / Other Audio-Visual Means (?OAVM?); b) Decided the Book closure date from Friday, July 04, 2025 to Thursday, July 10, 2025(both days inclusive) for convening the Annual General Meeting of the Company; c) Approved Notice of the 34t Annual General Meeting of the Company. 2. Approved Directors Report along with all necessary annexure thereof, Management Discussion Analysis, Corporate Governance Report/certificate, CFO/CEO Certificate, etc. As annexures of Board Report for the FY 2024-25. 3. Yash Sagar Srivastava, Practicing Company Secretaries, Lucknow (Membership No, A52240, C.P.No. 20419), were appointed as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for the Financial Year ending 2024-25. 4.
