Appointment of CS Shivaram Bhat, Practising Company Secretary, Certificate of Practice No. 7853, Peer Review Certificate No. 1775/2022, as the Secretarial Auditor, with effect from April 1, 2025 for a period of 5 years, subject to the approval of the members of the Company at the forthcoming AGM.
