30-JUL-2025- Inter alia, approved:- 1. Recommended a Final Dividend @ 60% i.e. Rs. 1.20/- per Equity Share on the face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2024-25, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing 36th Annual General Meeting of the Company ("AGM"). Pursuant to Regulation 42 of Listing Regulations, the record date to determine the shareholders who will be eligible to receive the final dividend, subject to shareholder's approval, will be Wednesday,July 23, 2025. The Final Dividend, if approved / declared by the Shareholders at 36th AGM, will be paid on and from the second day from the date of AGM. The 36th Annual general Meeting of the Company will be held on July 30, 2025 through Video Conferencing and Other Audio-Visual Means in accordance with General Circular No. 09/2024 dated September 19, 2024, issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, in continuation to the Circulars issued earlier in this regard. 2. Declared an Interim Dividend 200% i.e. Rs. 4 per Equity Share on the face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year 2025-26. The Interim Dividend for Financial Year 2025-26 will be paid to those shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares determined with reference to the Record Date of May 17, 2025 (Saturday), already announced for the said purpose by the Company vide letter dated May 06, 2025.
